Job summary

Talently is seeking a remote Field Service Technician to support digital printing equipment across customer sites. You will install, inspect, maintain, and repair presses; diagnose mechanical, electrical, servo and hydraulic faults; and guide customers through troubleshooting steps while documenting work.

You will travel as needed to client locations, communicate clearly with customers and internal teams, follow safety procedures, and ensure equipment operates with optimal print quality and

Qualifications

• Practical experience servicing or maintaining digital printing equipment or printing presses.
• Field service experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Working knowledge of servo systems and motion-control components.
• Ability to diagnose and work with hydraulic systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and systematic troubleshooting skills.
• Clear customer communication and accurate service documentation.
