Job summary

Southern Champion Tray Llc is seeking a Digital Press Operator for the 2nd shift in Mansfield, TX. You will set up and safely run the digital press and laser cutter, ensuring high-quality output and cost efficiency.

Strong color control, substrate selection, and attention to process details are essential as you collaborate with Customer Service and Sales. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year in production, and proficiency with production software and English

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in operations or production.
• Experience with printing and color management is a plus.
• Experience with computers and production software required.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and safely operate the digital printing press (Landa) and laser cutter (Sei) to produce high-quality work.
• Monitor runs, adjust as needed, minimize waste, and maximize productivity.
• Read job tickets, select substrates, and ensure color accuracy and quality checks.
• Troubleshoot equipment, perform basic repairs, and assist with preventive maintenance.
• Maintain clean, orderly work area and communicate with internal teams to meet customer specs.
