Job summary

Resource Label Group is seeking a Digital Press Operator to set up and run the HP Digital printing press for pressure-sensitive labels. The role includes data entry into the job management system and ensuring accurate stock, color, and alignment for each job. You will participate in finishing operations and maintain tidy, safe work areas.

The position offers onsite training and opportunities to grow within the printing trade, with a 2nd shift from 4:00pm to 2:30am, Monday through Thursday.

Qualifications

• Two years of HP digital press experience in a printing environment.
• Ability to read rulers, scales and other measurement devices.
• Color accuracy and basic calibration knowledge is preferred.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the HP Digital press to produce pressure sensitive labels and related products.
• Input data including time and materials used into job management software.
• Load jobs into press with correct stock, primers, tint rollers, counts, and color strategies.
• Verify color accuracy and adjust as necessary before printing.
• Assist with finishing operations and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Communicate job changes to supervisor to minimize downtime.
