Qualifications

• Basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and safely start the press to achieve optimal print quality.
• Coordinate with operators and lead on production run status and upcoming jobs.
• Monitor print quality, color accuracy, and process efficiency during runs.
• Perform quality checks before, during, and after production; obtain approvals.
• Train and coach junior press operators and apprentices as needed.
• Maintain clean, compliant work area per GMP and 5S standards.
• Record production data and downtime accurately for reporting.
