Print Dirt Cheap is seeking a dependable Digital Print & Finishing Operator to join our production team in Lenoir, NC. This hands-on role involves operating digital printing equipment, performing bindery and finishing tasks, packaging orders, and preparing shipments.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial printing or print production environments
• Familiarity with digital printing and finishing processes
• Ability to operate bindery equipment safely
• Attention to quality and detail
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities

• Operate professional digital printing equipment
• Set up and monitor print jobs for quality and accuracy
• Perform finishing tasks including cutting, folding, scoring, laminating, binding, drilling, padding, and other bindery operations
• Package completed orders for shipment
• Prepare shipping labels and verify orders are packaged accurately
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment
• Assist with inventory and production workflow as needed
• Learn new equipment and production processes as the company continues to grow
