Job summary

You will set up digital printers, verify work orders, monitor color density and print quality, troubleshoot issues, produce color matched samples and keep workstations clean, with training responsibilities possible.

Responsibilities

• Set up digital printers per guidelines and job requirements.
• Receive production orders from a supervisor and verify details.
• Validate work orders by material, quantity, size, graphics, color and text.
• Organize jobs and filter printing sequence to optimize workflow.
• Monitor production rate, color density and print quality and adjust as needed.
• Troubleshoot problems and make adjustments when necessary.
• Use calipers and measuring tools to verify critical specs.
• Produce color matched samples for customer approval.
• Maintain printer and workstation cleanliness.
• May train others on printer operation.
