As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll play an important role in creating a positive customer experience while supporting our production team. Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, reception/front office, or related roles preferred.
• Print shop or copy center experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and be trained.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person, over the phone, and via email with professionalism.
• Answer questions regarding products, services, pricing, and order status.
• Prepare estimates and enter customer orders accurately.
• Process customer artwork and job specifications for production.
• Coordinate with production to ensure on-time, accurate orders.
• Communicate proofs, timelines, and completed orders with customers.
• Process payments and maintain accurate customer records.
• Assist with filing, data entry, and general office support.
• Help maintain a clean, organized front office.
