• Quality & Precision:Perform color matching, conduct thorough quality inspections, and adjust settings for flawless output.
• Maintain & Troubleshoot:Keep things running smoothly by performing routine equipment maintenance and tackling minor mechanical troubleshooting.
• Collaborate:Partner with production, quality, and maintenance teams to streamline workflows, meet deadlines, and reduce waste.

What You Bring

• Education:High school diploma or GED.
• Experience:Background with digital printing equipment, color management, or print quality standards is highly preferred (manufacturing/packaging experience is a huge plus).
• Skills:Strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities and a sharp eye for detail.
• Mindset:A reliable team player who can also work independently to meet tight production schedules.

Compensation

• Pay Range:$17.87 – $23.00 / hour (Depending on Experience)
