Job summary

Galileo is seeking a Digital Primary Care Physician for evening hours in the Pacific Time Zone. This remote role uses asynchronous chat and video to deliver high-quality care to a broad patient population across the United States.

You will join a collaborative team, handle complex chronic conditions, and work with a proprietary clinician-patient platform and Slack. Licensure in HI/CA/WA is required, with 4+ years post-residency experience and board certification in FM/IM.

Qualifications

• Have 4+ years of clinical experience post residency in complex care, chronic care management, or primary care.
• Experience in digital-first healthcare (virtual medicine) or willingness to learn.
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine; active state licensure in HI, CA, WA.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class care for Galileo patients managing chronic illnesses using the proprietary app and technologies.
• Deliver compassionate, empathetic care to patients across all ages (0–100) with diverse needs.
• Collaborate with the care team to solve problems efficiently and leverage team expertise.
