Job summary

Galileo Health is seeking culturally sensitive clinicians to join our digital-first primary care team. You will provide high-quality, evidence-based care through asynchronous chat and synchronous video, collaborating with care teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements include board certification in Family or Internal Medicine, 4+ years post-residency, and active licensure in HI/CA/WA or ability to obtain. Competitive benefits and flexible scheduling offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of clinical experience post residency in complex care, chronic care management, or primary care.
• Experience in digital-first healthcare/telemedicine is preferred.
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active state medical licensure in HI, CA, WA or ability to obtain additional state licensures.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class care for Galileo patients managing complex and chronic illnesses using our app and technology.
• Provide compassionate care to patients ages 0–100 across a broad range of needs, including diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and mental health.
• Collaborate with a diverse patient population and a cross-functional care team.
• Utilize data, technology, and our platform to deliver high-quality, evidence-based primary care with shared decision making.
