Job summary

In this role you will use asynchronous text-based chat and synchronous video to provide high-quality, comprehensive primary care, leveraging data, technology, and our operational rigor to optimize patient outcomes with highly personalized care and shared decision making.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of clinical experience post residency in complex care, chronic care management, or primary care.
• Appetite for learning digital-first healthcare (e.g. virtual medicine).
• Interested in new, innovative models of care balancing evidence-based approaches with creativity.
• Comfortable using technology to deliver care virtually; tech stack includes proprietary platform, Google Suite and Slack.
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active state licensure in HI, CA, WA or ability to obtain additional licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class care for Galileo patients managing complex and chronic illnesses through our app and technology and your clinical judgment.
• Provide compassionate care to patients age 0-100 across needs including diabetes, hypertension, obesity and mental health.
• Work with a diverse patient population and foster an inclusive culture.
• Solve patient problems efficiently by collaborating with team members and leveraging expertise.
