Priority-1, Inc. is seeking a Digital Pricing Specialist in the United States to support pricing strategies for nationwide logistics services, including LTL, TL, and Expedited shipments.

This role requires strong customer service orientation, multitasking, and proactive communication with sales and agents. The position offers a competitive hourly wage, full medical/dental/vision coverage, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) with profit sharing, and ample paid holidays and PTO.

• Proactive in calling customers to win/lose ratios and maintain relationships with Sales and Agents.

• Inspect load information and verify that all is correct to proceed with the loads.
• Scheduling/Setting Appts with Shippers and Receivers
• Keeping up with Day-to-Day operations to ensure loads are being worked on and followed up on.
• Ability to use decision making to offer options and resolve problems.
