Priority-1, Inc. is hiring a Digital Pricing Specialist in Little Rock, AR to help identify customer needs and support pricing decisions.

The role requires strong multitasking, proactive customer outreach, and teamwork with Sales and Agents to secure more truckloads. The position offers hourly compensation of $17.30, with comprehensive medical, dental, vision, HSAs, life and disability coverage, a 401(k) plan, profit sharing, paid holidays, and PTO.

• Proactive in contacting customers to support Win/Loss ratio.
• Maintain relationships with Sales and Agents to secure more truckloads.

Responsibilities

• Capable of identifying customer needs and maintaining a customer service philosophy.
• Efficient multitasking, problem solving, and prioritizing workload.
• Being Proactive on Calling on Customers to help the Win/Loss Ratio
• Maintain Relationships with Sales and Agents to work together through being able to secure more truckloads.
• Inspect load information and verify that all is correct to proceed with the loads.
• Scheduling/Setting Appts with Shippers and Receivers
• Keeping up with the Day-to-Day operations to make sure Loads are being worked on and followed up on.
• Ability to use decision making skills to offer options and resolve problems.
