Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Portfolio Manager for Client Facing Digital Marketing (CFDM) to lead end-to-end portfolio delivery with a team of analysts, delivery leads, and release train engineers. You will manage intake, estimation, funding alignment, planning, execution, release readiness, implementation, and closure, ensuring value and accountability across scope, cost, and schedule.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience leading complex technology portfolios, programs, or large-scale delivery efforts.
• Proven experience managing and developing business analysts and delivery leads.
• Strong command of portfolio management disciplines including intake, estimation, roadmap planning, funding, and governance.
• Ability to translate business strategies into funded delivery plans with clear scope and milestones.
• Experience with direct ownership and service-provider delivery models and executive reporting.
• Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders and risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Directs and leads a delivery team aligned to a portfolio and mentors Delivery Leads.
• Manages portfolio operations and governance, escalating risks and roadblocks quickly.
• Builds relationships with business and technology executives and with Compliance and Risk.
• Partners to define the vision and portfolio roadmap aligned to strategic goals.
• Provides status updates and reporting on outcomes, delivery, risks, issues, and schedule.
• Manages portfolio financials, P&L, and performance.
• Ensures adherence to Enterprise Change Management standards.
• Owns end-to-end delivery lifecycle for CFDM portfolio including intake, funding, planning, execution, release, and closure.
• Leads, coaches, and develops a team of business analysts, delivery leads, and release train engineers.
• Drives execution for CFDM programs and coordinates delivery for work performed as a service provider.
