You will oversee Product Owners and Technical Analysts, set delivery standards, and drive continuous improvement while balancing strategy with execution and cross‑functional partnership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Program Delivery, Portfolio Management, or Technology Leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading complex product portfolios and multi‑team initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of product delivery domains with strategic alignment to business objectives and roadmaps.
• Drive portfolio planning, prioritization, and roadmap development to maximize value.
• Partner with executives to set priorities, evaluate investments, and align outcomes.
• Manage delivery performance, risks, and cross‑domain decisions.
• Mentor Product Owners and Technical Analysts to raise delivery standards.
