Qualifications

• BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in digital marketing; cosmetics/beauty experience preferred.
• Strong interactive track record and UX awareness.
• Experience with CMS platforms and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day owner for mobile app activities including localization and QA.
• Manage website enhancement roadmap and bug fixes for market rollouts.
• Support AMER/EMEA/SAPMENA markets in localization and activation.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans with milestones and resources.
• Collaborate with marketing to translate briefs for new app enhancements.
