Aquent is seeking a Digital Coordinator to report to the Director, Digital Innovations, and lead the development and execution of a best-in-class mobile app experience, plus the localization of digital services across countries and support for website enhancements across American PPD brands.

Collaborate with marketing stakeholders, agencies, and global partners to define roadmaps, lead development (Amplience) and localization, and ensure timely delivery with QA and analytics-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or Business Management.
• 2+ years in digital marketing (beauty experience not required).
• Strong interactive track record in digital disciplines: brand website, UX, campaigns, analytics.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day mobile app activities including localization, content updates, QA, and ticket management.
• Manage website enhancement roadmap and bug fixes for seamless feature rollout across markets.
• Support AMER, EMEA and SAPMENA in service localization and activation.
• Oversee planning and development of app/website, ensuring cross-functional deliverables meet deadlines.
• Develop insights from analytics tools and drive action based on performance for apps, websites, and services.
• Create and manage detailed project plans with milestones, dependencies, and resources.
