Job summary

Chantecaille is seeking a senior ecommerce technology leader to define the long-term digital platform vision, oversee a Shopify replatforming initiative, and optimize the customer journey across digital touchpoints.

You will manage external agencies and technology partners, align UX and analytics to business goals, and drive platform integrations for scalable, high-converting ecommerce experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in eCommerce, digital product, or eCommerce technology roles.
• Proven track record leading eCommerce platform migrations or replatforming projects.
• Strong understanding of UX, CRO, and customer experience principles.
• Ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing agencies and cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term digital platform vision and strategic roadmap for the brand.
• Champion usability by tracking analytics, A/B tests, and user feedback to optimize journeys.
• Lead the end-to-end Shopify replatforming project with vendor management throughout delivery.
• Oversee eCommerce platform ecosystem to drive conversion and efficiency.
• Ensure seamless integration with key business systems and third-party tools.
• Drive UX improvements and customer journey optimization.
