Humana Inc. and CenterWell Pharmacy seek a Lead Product Owner to translate business needs into a prioritized backlog and drive digital and operational solutions that enhance patient access, refill adherence, fulfillment experience, and pharmacy performance.

You will own the product vision, define user stories, and collaborate with engineering, pharmacy operations and business teams to deliver value. Travel may be required, with a strong emphasis on patient outcomes and data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years product ownership or product management experience.
• Pharmacy, PBM, specialty pharmacy or Medicare experience.
• Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge.

Responsibilities
