Job summary

Wings Credit Union is seeking an ACH Specialist to ensure accurate posting of ACH debits and credits, process disputes, and balance both posted and unposted items. You will handle EFT transfers, respond to member inquiries, and maintain regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires ACH knowledge, attention to detail, and strong customer service. Join during a transformative merger and help empower members and communities with precise financial operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years' financial institution experience required.
• 1+ years' exposure to ACH concepts, policies, and procedures required.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service regarding ACH activity via phone, CRM, Online Banking, and email groups.
• Create and maintain EFTs, including paper payroll.
• Process ACH Reclamations and Deceased Accounts.
• Review Daily Modified Loan Reports and Skip A Pay.
• Review NSF reports and daily ACH Stop Pay reports.
• Process ACH debit and credit exceptions by posting or returning items via FedLine.
• Create and verify ACH Origination files for various vendors.
• Save Fedline Manual Returns and NOC Summary report; download daily Fed EDI reports.
• Check edits for Same Day ACH and process ACH Exception Tran Code reports.
• Assist with balancing GLs and with ORCC/Payrailz file prep.
• Assist with new ACH Business and Corporate contracts and member inquiries.
• Bank Secrecy Act compliance and policy adherence.
