Qualifications

• 5+ years of banking or financial services experience with experience in digital banking.
• Strong interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; B.S. or Associates in Business or related field desired.
• Strong computer skills including MS Word and Excel, internet, email as well as the use of mobile devices and tablets.
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks and deadlines.
• Demonstrates proficiency in various digital online tools and platforms.
• Ability to work independently and together as a team.
• Driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Work with AVP Cash Management Relationship & Solutions Officer to process all commercial customers requests for new account openings, order checks and debit cards as needed.
• Provide unparalleled customer service during each interaction through a high level of professionalism over the phone or in person.
• Ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, and legal guidelines.
• Act as an internal Subject Matter Expert for the Cash Management platform and technologies.
• Support Retail and Business Development Teams in implementation and continued support of Cash Management customers.
• Collaborate with customers to resolve issues during use of the Business Online product.
• Setup and/or verify all new Cash Management customers in the back-office system.
• Process or verify all incoming service/change requests for existing customers.
• Maintain knowledge of consumer eChannels including Retail Online, Mobile Banking, Online Account Opening, A2A/P2P, Mobile Deposit and Bill Pay.
• Perform backup for other functions within Cash Management.
• Contribute to building a positive team environment.
• Perform similar duties as assigned by Supervisor.
