• 5+ years in digital/ecommerce payments / finance operations.
• 2+ years in a senior role with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor and develop the Accounting Specialist team.
• Supervise daily digital payment transactions, reconciliations, and cash application.
• Own day-to-day digital payment processing and settlement timing.
• Oversee monthly reconciliations for D2C/D2B payment accounts and remittance discrepancies.
• Collaborate with payment processors, IT, Treasury and external partners to improve end-to-end accuracy.
• Lead automation initiatives to increase touchless processing and data quality.
• Define procedures and testing for new digital platforms and policies.
• Monitor risk indicators and coordinate with fraud strategy and customer experience teams.
• Lead PCI compliance activities and audit readiness for payment data security.
