Job summary

Stanford Health Care is seeking a Patient Experience Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives enhancing patient, family, and staff experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies, build business cases, and advance digital and non-digital experiences across the organization.

Responsibilities include leading multi-disciplinary teams, managing online projects, and partnering with Marketing and Technology to deliver personalized experiences and compelling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred in health care administration or related field.
• 3 years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
• Knowledge of patient experience trends and care pathways.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and communicate at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive management and execution of programs focused on patient, family and member experience.
• Manage online projects related to patient and family experiences (personas, design, content, analysis, testing).
• Define requirements with stakeholders and implement process changes.
• Collaborate with technology to deliver projects using design thinking.
• Partner with Marketing to align brand strategy with personalized experiences.
• Prepare reports for senior management showing progress and trends.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cross-project synergies.
