Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a work-related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Master's degree in health care administration or related field preferred.
• Three (3) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive management and execution of programs focused on patient, family and member experience.
• Manage online projects related to patient and family experiences including design, content, analysis and testing.
• Define requirements with stakeholders, develop processes, educate colleagues on feasibility, and implement changes.
• Collaborate with the technology organization to deliver projects using design thinking.
• Work with Marketing to integrate brand strategy into personalized experiences.
• Prepare reports for senior management and hospital executives with data trends and progress.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and design creative solutions for tech and non-tech challenges.
• Participate in department activities and develop content for tools and methodologies.
• Provide program leadership for large cross-functional initiatives for executive stakeholders.
