Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support digital pathology systems in clinical settings across Memphis and nearby regions. You will partner with healthcare professionals to ensure scanners and related instruments operate at peak performance, delivering reliable results.

The role requires 2–3 years of medical device field service, the ability to travel up to 50%, and flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of field service or technical support experience in medical devices.
• Experience with laboratory automation preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on digital scanners and related hardware.
• Lead site installations and configurations, including networking and LIS integration.
• Provide on-site technical support, troubleshoot, and escalate issues.
• Maintain documentation in CRM and calibration records; respond during on-call hours.
• Collaborate with laboratory staff and clinicians.
