Job summary

CenterPoint Energy, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Digital Enablement in Houston to lead the digital enablement of procurement platforms and optimize the P2P lifecycle. You will oversee system administration, analytics, and data governance, driving standardized processes and adoption across the organization.

You will manage a team, partner with IT and Finance, and contribute to the Velocity S/4HANA transformation to deliver compliant, data-driven procurement decisions.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, information systems, or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, or digital procurement enablement, including administering or implementing digital procurement platforms.

Responsibilities

• Leads the strategy, configuration, and continuous improvement of digital procurement systems (Coupa, SAP S/4HANA, Ariba) for end-to-end P2P processes.
• Serves as Supply Chain functional lead and system administrator for procurement platforms.
• Partners with Velocity S/4HANA transformation program to design, test, and deploy future-state processes.
• Drives automation and digitization to reduce manual effort and embed controls in buying behavior.
• Leads development and execution of Supply Chain analytics and reporting (dashboards, KPIs).
• Maintains data governance standards for procurement data across systems.
