Elade Studio is seeking a Digital Outreach & Business Development Executive to grow the client base through targeted digital outreach. This remote, part-time/freelance role focuses on building relationships with freelance beauty professionals, creators and brands, and converting interest into bookings.

You will lead prospect research, craft personalised messages, manage follow-ups, and coordinate with the team to hand over qualified leads. Flexible schedule and remote work are offered.

Elade Studio is a luxury coworking and creative studio in Central London, designed for independent beauty professionals, creatives and brands.

We offer flexible salon chair rentals, private studio hire and a curated concept store, providing a premium space for professionals and businesses to work, create and connect.

We're looking for a proactive and organised Digital Outreach & Business Development Executive to help grow our client base, build relationships and generate new bookings through targeted digital outreach.

1. Lead Generation & Prospect Research

• Research and identify potential clients who could benefit from Elade Studio's services, including freelance hairstylists, makeup artists, barbers, beauty professionals, content creators and brands.
• Build and maintain targeted prospect lists, including Instagram profiles, email addresses, business details and other relevant contact information.
• Identify companies, agencies and brands that may be interested in full-day or half-day private studio hire for photoshoots, content creation, training sessions, workshops and events.
• Continuously explore new audiences, partnerships and business opportunities.

2. Digital Outreach & Client Acquisition

• Proactively contact prospective clients through Instagram DMs and email.
• Write personalised, professional outreach messages tailored to different audiences and their potential needs.
• Introduce Elade Studio's services, communicate relevant offers and encourage prospects to enquire or make bookings.
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients to build relationships and convert interest into bookings.
• Identify and reach out to decision-makers within businesses and brands for larger studio hire opportunities.

3. Social Media Engagement & Community Outreach

• Monitor engagement across Elade Studio's social media accounts, including followers, likes, comments, story interactions and other engagement.
• Identify potential clients who are already interacting with our content and initiate relevant conversations.
• Engage with relevant accounts and communities to increase awareness of Elade Studio.
• Build genuine relationships with beauty professionals, creatives and businesses through consistent online interaction.

4. Lead Management & Follow-Ups

• Maintain an organised database or CRM of prospective clients, conversations and outreach activity.
• Track each lead through the outreach process, from initial contact to follow-up, enquiry and booking.
• Follow up with interested prospects in a timely and professional manner.
• Keep records of client preferences, potential opportunities and future booking interest.
• Coordinate with the Elade Studio team to hand over qualified leads and booking enquiries.

5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Provide regular updates on outreach activity, responses and potential opportunities.
• Track key metrics, including number of prospects identified, messages sent, response rates, qualified enquiries and bookings generated.
• Identify which types of clients, outreach approaches and communication channels generate the strongest results.
• Suggest improvements to outreach messaging, targeting and client acquisition strategies.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
