Deel is seeking a senior Creative Director who writes and owns ideas from concept to delivery. You will lead creative direction across brand campaigns and the studio's largest work, while upholding the editorial standard Deel sounds everywhere it speaks.

This hands-on role requires a portfolio that proves ten years of end-to-end campaign leadership, strong writing, and the ability to defend creative direction with senior stakeholders. AI‑aware concepting is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least ten years of creative experience, directing campaigns end to end.
• Writing you’d stand behind on its own; portfolio should read as well as it looks.
• Ideas that are clearly yours; not executions of someone else’s brief.
• Proven ability to set direction and defend it with senior stakeholders.
• Experience directing across disciplines, including with external partners.
• Comfort using AI in concepting, with judgment about when it's the wrong tool.

We're looking for someone exceptional to raise the bar on what we make. This is a hands‑on role. You'd set the standard by making the work.

The role

Deel is a truly global, people‑first brand, and it's taking off. We're looking for a creative director who writes. Someone who owns the idea, and then owns the words that carry it. You'd own creative direction across brand campaigns and the biggest work Deel puts in market, and you'd carry the editorial standard for the studio. This is a hands‑on role. You'd make the work.

What You'll Make

• Brand campaigns. The idea, the platform, and the words, from concept through delivery.
• The writing. Headlines, scripts, manifestos, the lines that hold a campaign together.
• Direction. Designers, motion designers, and production partners moving toward one thought, and keeping it intact.
• The editorial bar. The standard for how Deel sounds, everywhere it speaks.

You’ll sit inside the creative studio and work alongside our Creative Director, the brand design and motion teams, and partners in marketing and communications.

Total Rewards

• Our salary range reflects gross base salary. For commercial roles with commission eligibility, this figure represents On‑Target Earnings (OTE), inclusive of base salary and target commission.
• Salary ranges are quoted in USD as a consistent global reference. Your offer will be localized to your country's currency using a market‑aligned conversion.
• Final pay is based on objective, job‑related criteria including experience, skills, and location.
