You will oversee online and mobile banking, real-time payments, and digital account opening, driving transformation initiatives while ensuring regulatory and security compliance and fostering innovation.

Qualifications

• Five years to eight years of similar or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Finance, Banking, or related field.
• Knowledge of project management, product development, technology delivery, financial services operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and analytics efforts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital banking priorities, roadmaps, and transformation initiatives.
• Oversee online and mobile banking, payments, and related services.
• Lead the bank's payments strategy and real-time payments adoption.
• Manage platform enhancements and ensure consistent customer experiences.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and IT to deliver digital solutions.
• Lead cross-functional digital projects with budgets and timelines.
• Analyze digital performance and report results to leadership.
• Ensure platforms meet regulatory, security, and risk requirements.
• Lead team and drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
