Job summary

You will drive process improvements, manage workflows, coordinate with other departments, resolve complex customer issues, and ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies. Position reports to the head of Digital Banking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years in digital banking channels operations and functions or digital channel operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, documentation, and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and evaluate the digital operations team.
• Manage daily functions of digital banking applications and payment operations.
• Identify automation opportunities and document new procedures to improve service quality and reduce risk.
• Monitor open cases across digital vendors and escalate as needed.
• Ensure positive digital customer experience and assist frontline support with escalated issues.
• Implement risk management strategies and ensure regulatory compliance.
