• Drive onboarding outcomes: funding, online banking enrollment, debit card activation, bill payment or money movement setup.
• Resolve client issues or escalate to appropriate support channels.
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities to bankers and partner teams.
• Communicate with clients and other departments to ensure successful outcomes.
