Job summary

U.S. Bank in Denver seeks an Outbound Specialist to drive onboarding and digital enrollment with assigned clients. You will place timely calls, guide clients through account setup, and resolve issues in partnership with bankers and operations.

The role requires strong phone presence, resilience in high-volume outbound settings, and a track record of meeting contact and conversion goals. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 1–4 years of client management, outbound sales, or contact center experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of business banking and money movement products is a plus.
• Proven outbound calling experience with goals in mind and strong communication skills.
• Comfort navigating multiple digital banking systems and basic account management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Place proactive outbound calls to assigned clients and maintain disciplined cadence.
• Guide clients through account setup and digital enrollment; fund accounts and enable online banking.
• Resolve client issues or escalate to bankers and support channels as needed.
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities to bankers and partner teams for follow-up.
• Collaborate with bankers and operations to ensure successful client outcomes.
