Job summary

P.L. Marketing, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support Kroger Digital Merchandising teams by managing item information and data requests. The role involves communicating with Kroger, suppliers, and PLM staff in a professional manner, and assisting with eCommerce item setup.

The position is hybrid, requiring at least two days in our Corporate Office per week, and requires strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills, plus the ability to multi-task and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Degree in Business, Statistics, Marketing or Economics preferred.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of internet, email and web based applications.
• Organizational and teamwork skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Highly motivated self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an audience from senior level executives, to administrative support.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Experience handling customer inquiries and issues.

Responsibilities

• Support Kroger Digital Merchandising Team(s) by providing item information and data needs.
• Communicate with Kroger, Suppliers, and PLM team members in a professional manner.
• Work in our Corporate Office at least two days per week based on team schedule.
• Assist with eCommerce item setup responsibilities and supplier details.
• Support various eCommerce teams with necessary information.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
