Qualifications

• 1-3 years of member/customer-facing financial services experience.
• Experience with ITMs or video-based service delivery is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate, efficient ITM-assisted transactions and maintain compliance with security and audit procedures.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for Gulf Winds products, services and digital channels.
• Identify member financial needs and initiate referrals to deepen relationships.
