The Town of Grafton is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Digital Media Manager. This role is responsible for the management of Grafton Community Television (GCTV) and programming the unique channels (Public, Education, and Government) on local cable providers and scheduling all live and recorded coverage for events.

Key responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to: supporting and monitoring broadcast servers; maintain current video on demand (VOD) content on the in-house server, YouTube, and other streaming platforms; managing recordings of past meetings on Zoom and other virtual platforms; updating the Town website and social media pages as necessary; formulating and executing possible video projects; supervising part-time staff by monitoring hours and payroll and assigning tasks as necessary.

Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of related experience, or any equivalent combination of education, training, certifications, and experience. The successful candidate must be experienced with office management practices, computer programs, and be able to manage multiple tasks at the same time while meeting deadlines. They must be able to stay calm and deal with all types of customer service problems. Excellent written and oral communication skills, accurate record keeping, and time management skills are required.

The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and creative professional who can effectively engage with diverse stakeholders. This is a 35-hour per week position with a salary range of $55,332 - $72,620 DOQ.
