Targeted Salary Range: $62,000-$66,500

Lead the day-to-day operation andcontinued development of WNMU-TV, providing strong leadership to ateam of professional and student employees while advancing thestation's programming, community engagement, fundraising, studentlearning and operational goals. Coordinate national programming,local productions, and daily station activities while ensuringregulatory compliance. Support donor and underwriting developmentthrough integrated on-air and digital fundraising efforts. Workwith engineering and programming staff to monitor technicalperformance, review audience data, and assist with coordinatingcommunity outreach. Support student experiential learning and helpdevelop regional partnerships that advance the station’s long-termsustainability.
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
