Job summary

Sellmark seeks a Digital Marketing Technologist to enhance its digital properties across multiple brands in Mansfield, TX. You will own SEO, web development, analytics, and AI-enabled tooling to boost performance and enable the Marketing team to execute effectively.

The role requires managing Shopify and WordPress sites, implementing automation, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors to deliver prioritized projects on time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SEO, web development, digital marketing tech, or related field with ownership of live commercial websites.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining websites using Shopify and WordPress.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI development tools to build, automate, troubleshoot, and accelerate technical work.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, technical SEO, website performance, and organic search strategy.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, Search Console, and digital advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Self-directed and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own organic search performance, including keyword strategy, technical SEO, on-page optimization, internal linking, structured data, and technical audits.
• Build, maintain, and improve websites across Shopify, WordPress, and other brand platforms.
• Execute website builds, redesigns, migrations, landing pages, redirects, and other web-development projects.
• Monitor and improve website speed, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, uptime, security, and site health.
• Manage web analytics, including GA4, GTM, event and conversion tracking, pixels, UTMs, and data integrity.
• Develop reporting that connects website traffic, conversions, channel performance, and revenue to actionable recommendations.
• Manage and optimize digital advertising across Google Ads, Merchant Center, Business Profile, Meta, and retargeting partners.
• Maintain product feeds and policy compliance; resolve account suspensions or issues.
• Use AI tools to build websites, scripts, automations, data processes, and reporting solutions.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve Marketing efficiency.
• Evaluate emerging AI and digital technologies and implement value-driving tools.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with clear priorities, documentation, and communication.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, agencies, contractors, and vendors; own results.
