Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent education and related training
• Four years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• In-depth knowledge of principles, practices, theories, and/or methodologies associated with the Marketing discipline (e.g., Marketing P’s, Market research, analytics, digital)
• Experience managing projects or project work streams and works as an Individual Contributor
• Knowledge of the industry's competitive landscape and the factors that differentiate Truist and its competitors in the market
• Ability to interpret and explain complex information to a range of audiences and build consensus among different stakeholders
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Research, develop and execute strategies for online channels to increase acquisition, retention, profitability and cross-sell
• Develop digital marketing channels/tactics such as web, social media, email marketing, marketing automation, paid advertising, SEO and content marketing
• Partner with lines of business to develop product roadmaps for digital marketing strategies
• Demonstrate understanding of consumer behavior and user journeys to improve awareness and acquisition
• Leverage web analytics to improve conversion rates and report KPIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create differentiated client experiences
• Stay current on digital trends and adjust strategies for competitive advantage
• Measure results and derive actionable insights
