You have a high degree of business acumen in the world of digital marketing. You’ve been on the buy-side of many campaigns (both successful and unsuccessful) on all of the major ad platforms, and it shows. You’re sympathetic to the fact that not everyone knows the 300 million acronyms modern day marketers fling around with ease which gives you an uncanny ability to speak intelligently about sophisticated marketing strategies in an easy to understand and relatable way to virtually anybody. Most of all, you’re easy to get along with and at the core of it all, you care about people.

What your day-to-day will look like

  • Strategic thinking! The main objective of this role is to always be prepared to answer the question "What's next?" for your clients
  • Act as the main point of contact for a group of ~10 clients
  • Lead in strategizing, planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms (primarily, Google search/display, LinkedIn, YouTube and Meta)
  • Work closely with a core team consisting of a campaign manager and project manager to plan and deliver projects
  • Run regular campaign review calls / strategy sessions with clients to report on campaign performance and formulate ideas for new campaigns
  • Upselling/cross-selling additional services to existing clients

Must-haves

  • Being extremely organized! This is the most important thing of all!
  • High degree of proficiency in Google Ads paid search, display and video
  • High degree of proficiency in LinkedIn Ads
  • High degree of proficiency in Meta Ads
  • High degree of proficiency in HubSpot and other CRM platforms
  • High degree of proficiency in Wordpress and
  • High degree of proficiency in various email marketing software (MailChimp, reply.io, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
  • High degree of proficiency in Google Analytics
  • High degree of proficiency using Zapier
  • High degree of proficiency in conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Deep understanding of conversion tracking and campaign attribution
  • Experience working in project management platforms like ClickUp and Asana
