Job summary

Dal-Tile is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support digital commerce by managing structured product content and optimizing campaigns. The role ensures data accuracy, launches content updates, and drives better marketing performance and customer experience.

The position involves collaborating with Marketing, eCommerce, Product, and IT teams, building dashboards, and managing paid campaigns across platforms. On-site in Dallas, some travel or flexibility may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 2-4 years of job-related experience or equivalent education.
• Familiarity with digital commerce workflows and content optimization practices preferred.
• Experience executing digital marketing campaigns and coordinating cross-functional projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards and channel requirements.
• Coordinate product content updates for launches, lifecycle changes, and discontinuations.
• Perform audits and quality checks to maintain content integrity and publishing accuracy.
• Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for process improvements.
• Build and manage paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and others.
• Project manage blog content flow between writers, editors, and stakeholders.
