Job summary

Winnebago Industries is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Eden Prairie, MN team in a hybrid role. You will manage content across brand websites, optimize digital experiences, and support SEO, social enablement, and AI-driven workflows.

You will work with CMS (AEM), DAMs, analytics, and paid media tools to improve engagement and discoverability across web, search, social, and emerging channels. 3–7 years in digital marketing across multiple brands is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent).
• 3–5 years of digital marketing experience; 5–7 years preferred across brands or units.
• Hands-on with a modern CMS (AEM strongly preferred), digital asset management, and standard project tools.
• Working proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms (Semrush).
• Experience publishing across social platforms with Sprout Social or Sprinklr.
• Familiarity with paid media (Google Ads, Meta) and marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, publish, and maintain content across brand websites and digital channels.
• Manage AI-enabled content workflows for creation, tagging, governance, and discoverability.
• Support cross-brand content operations, editorial calendars, asset libraries, and publishing workflows.
• Administer and optimize digital experience platforms (AEM, DAM tools) and guide page layouts and UX improvements.
• Support social and SEO initiatives, assist with campaigns and testing.
• Collaborate with brand teams, UX, IT to ensure scalable, consistent digital experiences.
