Job summary

Winnebago Industries, Inc. in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a senior leader to head Digital Experience and Dealer Enablement. The role oversees omni-channel customer journeys, eCRM, and lifecycle campaigns across owned digital platforms, with emphasis on dealer participation and brand consistency.

You will lead a team to design nurture programs, optimize campaigns, and partner with Marketing, Sales, IT, and external agencies to drive growth and customer loyalty across the Winnebago brand.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in digital customer experience or related leadership.
• Proven track record leading omnichannel campaigns across digital platforms.
• Strong analytics, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead connected, intuitive customer experiences across Winnebago’s digital platforms.
• Define lead capture, segmentation, scoring, routing, and nurture workflows.
• Coordinate content, QA, and post-campaign reviews with internal and external partners.
• Lead organic social and eCRM communications with consistent branding.
• Manage campaign timing, dependencies, and performance improvements.
• Drive dealer enablement and lifecycle engagement across programs.
