This contractor role emphasizes ownership, collaboration across Meta, Klaviyo, GA4, Shopify and Canva, and EST-hour client delivery with strong reporting and SOPs.

Qualifikationen

What we're looking for

A fast-growing US-based e-commerce consultancy, founded in 2026 by two ex-Amazon leaders, is hiring one of its first full-time team members. They help a wide range of brands, from early-stage DTC startups to large established names, grow. You'll turn strategy into live campaigns, polished pages, and clear results.

What You'll Be Doing

• Launch and QA paid campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, then monitor performance daily so pacing issues, weak ad sets and creative fatigue get caught before they waste budget.
• Own email execution in Klaviyo from start to finish, building flows and campaigns that cover segmentation, UTM tagging, QA and send.
• Build, publish and optimize Shopify landing pages, running A/B tests and making sure every page is mobile ready and on brand before it goes live.
• Turn GA4, Meta and Klaviyo data into clean, client ready weekly and monthly reports that show exactly how each brand is performing.
• Produce polished social graphics in Canva, and adapt existing creative for paid placements without waiting on a designer.
• Keep every account organized and moving by maintaining SOPs.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of hands-on marketing execution at a DTC brand, a boutique agency or a fast-moving startup, with real campaigns, emails and pages to show for it.
• Hands-on Klaviyo experience, including flows you've built and campaigns you've sent and reported on yourself.
• Confidence with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, Shopify and at least one landing page builder.
• Strong Canva skills and the ability to produce polished collateral from a brief.
• Excellent written English and clean copywriting (AI is welcome, but you always edit what it writes).
• An ownership mindset: you flag blockers early, keep trackers current and are available during EST working hours.

Nice to Have

• Experience running campaigns in Google Ads and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Postscript or a similar SMS platform.
• Basic Figma or Adobe skills.
• Semrush or Ahrefs for SEO and content research.
