Job summary

Proppel Inc. is seeking a Paid Social Strategist to own performance across high-value accounts for a boutique US-based marketing agency.

This contractor role focuses on building and optimizing large-scale campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more, turning data into growth. You’ll analyze data, create dashboards and reports, manage client relationships, and align campaigns with brand strategy while adapting to industry trends.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of paid social performance marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience running and optimizing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs and growth levers.
• Experience building dashboards and client reports.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute paid social strategies aligned with client goals and budgets.
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta, TikTok, YouTube to maximize ROI.
• Analyze large data sets to identify winning campaigns and insights.
• Own client relationships, presenting performance in meetings and monthly reports.
• Create real-time dashboards and custom client reports.
• Collaborate with paid search, creative, and strategy teams to stay ahead of trends.
