Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking a digital marketing and CRM project manager to oversee day-to-day campaigns, 1:1 marketing programs, and cross-functional project execution.

You will coordinate internal teams and external agencies, translate business requirements into technical specs, and drive optimization and automation initiatives in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud program management experience required.
• 3-5 years in database marketing, CRM, email marketing, or 1:1 marketing.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them to technical specs.
• Strong knowledge of Smartsheet and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.

• Pay range starts at $53-57/hr!
• Set through the end of 2027 to start! This is a W2 Contract (No 1099/C2C), with a possibility of extension or conversion beyond the original duration based on performance & budget at that time.

Job Description

• Position is primarily responsible for managing day-to-day digital marketing and CRM projects, including 1:1 marketing campaigns, email marketing programs, project planning, timelines, deliverables, and overall execution.
• Position will also be responsible for leading multiple complex projects simultaneously, coordinating cross-functional teams and external agencies, conducting status meetings, tracking milestones, managing project documentation, and ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule.
• Position will be in charge of gathering business requirements and translating them into functional requirements for technical teams, overseeing marketing data integration, managing project risks and change requests, monitoring campaign performance, and identifying opportunities for optimization, automation, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on project management experience, managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, is required!
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud program management experience, including managing CRM and digital marketing campaigns, is required!
• 3-5 years of experience in database marketing, CRM, email marketing, digital marketing, direct mail, or 1:1 marketing is required!
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional requirements for technical teams is required!
• Strong knowledge of Smartsheet and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required!
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent professional experience is required!
• Experience working with digital marketing or interactive agencies is preferred!
• Experience with marketing campaign performance analysis, optimization, and process automation is preferred!
