Job description

The Fountain Group is a national staffing firm and we are currently seeking a Digital Project Manager for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Burlington, MA 01803 (Hybrid). Details of the position are as follows:

Job Description:

Pay: $35-40/hr

3-month assignment with potential of extension based on performance

Shift will be 20-30 hrs/wk (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a comprehensive audit of the Product Facts website to ensure product information is accurate, complete, and up to date.


• Identify discrepancies, outdated information, or products that should be updated or removed.


• Work directly with Sapient to submit and manage tickets for website updates, data corrections, and product removals.


• Track progress of updates and follow up as needed to ensure timely completion.


• Organize, update, and maintain the master spreadsheet used to manage product QR codes and ensure they link to the correct Product Facts webpages.


• Help improve organization and clarity of tracking materials to support ongoing management after the project concludes.

Qualifications:

• Strong project management and organizational skills.


• High attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately.


• Comfortable coordinating with external vendors and managing task tickets.


• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced, project-based environment.


• Experience working with digital content or product data helpful but not necessary.
