Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field is required.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred, especially with a digital strategy focus.
• 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, product management, or related roles.
• Experience with digital platforms, analytics tools, and user experience principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a long-term product strategy and roadmap for assigned digital products.
• Serve as the product owner and roadmap decision-maker for assigned digital products.
• Engage end users and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet global needs and adhere to UX best practices.
• Collaborate on content development, campaign execution, and SEO/GEO effectiveness to support product objectives.
• Define and prioritize epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Agile ceremonies.
• Analyze product performance and define KPIs with analytics and UX teams.
• Monitor industry trends and conduct competitive analysis for innovation opportunities.
• Integrate SEO/GEO best practices to enhance content discoverability and lead generation.
