Arthrex GmbH is seeking a seasoned SEO and web analytics professional to drive digital visibility across the EMEA region. You will develop and execute data‑driven SEO strategies, optimize on‑page and technical SEO, and partner with marketing to create compelling, optimized content.

You’ll analyze performance, build KPI dashboards with Looker Studio, and guide stakeholders through insights and optimization opportunities. Strong collaboration with global teams and fluency in English are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in SEO, web analytics, and tracking.
• Expert knowledge of GA4, GTM, GSC, and Looker Studio.
• Extensive experience in SEO, web analytics, and conversion tracking.
• Proficiency with industry-standard SEO tools and platforms.
• Proven track record in developing, implementing, and optimizing SEO strategies.

Responsabilités

• Develop, design, and implement complex SEO and web analytics strategies to enhance digital visibility and performance.
• Optimize websites and landing pages for search engines, including on-page and off-page SEO, technical SEO initiatives, and keyword research.
• Develop content marketing strategies and optimize SEO-relevant content with a storytelling focus, collaborating with marketing teams.
• Analyze performance and create KPI-based reports and dashboards for websites, apps, and landing pages using Looker Studio.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders across the EMEA region on Search Engine Management.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders across EMEA and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with global agile project teams including Product Owners, PMs, Web Developers, and Content Marketing Specialists.
• Identify trends in Google tools, SEO, and analytics and translate insights into optimization initiatives.
• Improve processes and workflows for SEO and campaign execution.
• Work with global analytics teams to enhance reporting and dashboards.
