Job summary

Arthrex, Inc. in Naples, FL is seeking a Product Manager or Sr. Product Manager - Shoulder Arthroplasty to lead the shoulder line and digital transformation in preoperative planning.

You will build relationships with customers and internal teams to drive new product innovation while managing existing lines. Onsite position with up to 25% travel and opportunities to influence strategy and execution. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years for PM, or 7+ years for Sr.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in engineering, business, clinical or marketing.
• Product Manager level requires at least five years of experience in medical device development and/or product management and/or engineering and/or sales and/or marketing and/or clinical experience.
• Sr. Product Manager level requires seven or more years’ experience in medical device development and/or product management and/or engineering and/or sales and/or marketing and/or clinical experience.
• Orthopedic experience preferred.
• Understanding of all functions involved in development, production, and marketing of product is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and guidance to other Product / Project Managers.
• Participates in overall product strategy, research and development requirements, development, and manufacturing coordination for new and emerging products.
• Manages day-to-day progress of product.
• Coordinates product introduction and market exploitation with marketing and sales organizations to ensure maximum penetration of market segment.
• Plans, organizes, and coordinates assigned programs to ensure accomplishment of financial/budgetary goals and optimum allocation of resources.
• Must be able to work with cadaveric specimens.
