Arthrex, Inc. is seeking a Communications Operations Specialist I in Naples, FL to execute and deploy strategic communications and digital marketing campaigns across internal and external channels.

You will ensure accurate publication of content to target audiences, following established standards and timelines. You will collaborate with creative teams on digital design, publish posts across Arthrex channels, and support intranet updates while performing QA checks and analytics tagging to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in communications, marketing or related field.
• Strong basic project management and communication skills.
• Prior experience in an office environment with a Communications or Marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Execute corporate emails and newsletters: build, test, data manage, deliverability, scheduling, QA and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional creative teams on digital design elements and templates.
• Publish social media posts across Arthrex channels.
• Manage surveys, links, QR codes, landing pages, forms and analytics.
• Support content updates on the global employee intranet.
• Perform QA checks and tagging for reporting and analytics.
• Assist with system governance activities as needed.
• Serve cross-functional roles within the department.
